Assistant to CEO - temporary assignment

Hunkemöller is looking for a Assistant to our CEO. You will work in a very high-pace environment, facing different tasks every day and supporting our board member perform optimally internally and externally.

Main area 1: Communication

  • Manages, coordinates and prioritizes the agenda

  • Filters information and makes a pre-selection of communications received

  • Initiates and anticipates issues in business operations

  • Has an overview; draws attention to, organizes and streamlines communication

  • Can efficiently respond to ad hoc situations

  • Organizes travel details

Main area 2: Correspondence and reporting

  • Independently handles in- and outgoing mail, e-mail and other internal and external correspondence

  • Takes minutes at meetings and summarizes these into succinct, readable texts

  • Produces business presentations in printed and audio/visual form that are both insightful and professional

  • Reports on and monitors the implementation of decisions and ensures that follow up takes place

  • Archives and manages files and confidential information

We're convinced you'll excel in this job if:

  • You are a confident person that shows great integrity

  • You are confident in pro-active planning & organisation

  • You have at least 3-5 years experience as an executive secretary in an international environment and Bachelor’s Degree work- and thinking level

  • You're experienced in Excel and explore it regularly to stay on top of any new functionality

  • You show interest in the fashion and retail industry

  • You have excellent English skills (written and verbal),

  • You're able to speak and read in Dutch at C1 level.
