Within Online business operations you are part of the team responsible for everything after the online checkout including payments. You are part of the team that will ensure that every online order will be delivered correctly and in time to the customer. You will manage third party logistics (3PL) warehouse capacity increase to cope with strong online sales growth. You will support and manage the day to day business in the areas of e-fulfilment, logistics and customer service, be the linking pin between multiple departments, sales, marketing, merchandising, IT, finance and third parties. Own and manage outsourced services at third parties, preparing and produce business planning/forecasts, aligning business planning with resource planning of external partners. Developing and optimizing business processes and communication channels to improve customer service levels and business performance. And drive projects to improve the service levels of the European B2C delivery network in collaboration with large international vendors.
Within Online business administration you will support with business performance analysis, using data analytics. Providing areas for improvements with recommendations based on analysis and see to it that recommendations are implemented. Next to business performance analysis, to support with third party service level monitoring and analysis. See to it that service levels are achieved by third parties by state of the art planning and communication and identifying areas for improvement where necessary. Analytical skills plays an important role in the Online financial housekeeping and cost control. Within this role you will reporting to the omni channel business development manager.
Your main areas of work include:
Managing everything after the online checkout (efulfilment and B2C delivery) including payments.
Managing outsourced third party logistics services (3PL).
Drive projects to increase warehouse and fulfilment capacity with cutting edge technology.
Drive projects that continuously improve the B2C delivery network.
Build and maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure great performance delivery.
Support the business development manager in with business planning and forecasting.
Initiating, developing and delivery of service and performance improvements.
Delivery and developing of omni channel business performance reports.
Delivery and developing of third party performance reports.
Implementing recommendations based on analysis and evaluation.
YOUR PROFILE:
You have a strong passion for e-commerce and retail with 2-3 years of work experience preferably in the area of logistics (efulfilment and B2C delivery).
You desire to work in an international highly demanding and growing business environment.
You are hands-on and getting energized by delivering result.
You’ve studied logistics and supply chain management, business administration or a combination of technology and management completed at a minimum Bachelors degree.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Excellent command of English, (Chinese could be beneficial).
You take initiative and have the drive to improve, hands-on mentality.
The desire to take responsibility and to help stake holders.
Adapt quickly to circumstances while remain to have overview.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolutions skills.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with:
MS Office, PowerPoint, Visio, within particular Excel, reference formulas, pivot tables
Able to handle large amount data for analytics and visual analytics
