Global Internal Communication Specialist

-The position will be located in Almere (address: Sterkenburg 3, Almere)- The Global Internal Communication Specialist plays a key role in crafting and delivering clear, engaging, and strategic communications across multiple channels. Your main target audience are the hunkemoller store teams and you work a lot with several departments to ensure consistency in messaging, alignment with brand guidelines, and effective internal communication to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications: roll out the communication strategies for retail stores, ensuring that all employees receive timely, relevant, and consistent information about new products, promotions/activations, and store policies.
  • Content Creation: Develop and write engaging content for internal platform KEEPHUB and other internal channels and act as a gatekeeper.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to communicate promotional events and campaigns to store teams, ensuring proper execution at the store level.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively ask for feedback to review strategy and approach to target audience.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in communications, preferably within a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and internal communication platforms (Canva, Keephub,  Sharepoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various departments.
  • A strong bridge builder keeping all interested in mind
  • Experience with multi side business is a plus
  • Speaking & writing fluently Dutch is required
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and familiarity with retail operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.
