The Go to Market (GTM) Manager will lead the strategic planning of seasonal marketing initiatives, product launches, and category marketing roadmaps. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the fashion/apparel market, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

The GTM Manager will be responsible for creating and managing a cohesive marketing calendar, developing Go to Market plans, create B2B sell-in tools, ensuring the successful execution 360-degree campaigns and content strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Seasonal Marketing Calendar Planning:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive seasonal marketing calendar, including main campaigns, secondary stories, and product launches. Ensure alignment with brand and business strategy, considering market and consumer trends.
    • Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams to synchronize marketing activities with aligned product focus, product availability and seasonal timelines.
  • B2B Market Launch:
    • Create seasonal third-party sell-in tools, including lookbooks, line sheets, and product catalogs, to support wholesale partners and retailers.
    • Develop and implement B2B marketing programs and guidelines to enhance brand presentation and drive sales through third-party channels.
  • Seasonal Marketing Programs & Guidelines:
    • Design and oversee the creation of seasonal marketing programs that provide clear guidelines for 3rd parties (incl Franchise & wholesale), ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
    • Collaborate with external partners to tailor programs to specific markets, channels and retail environments.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end process of seasonal campaign development, starting with the creation of a cross-functional brief, working closely with marketing, channels and market research manager.  Own the cross functional briefing process to ensure consistency of the campaigns across channels, and meet the needs of the channels. Gain efficiencies by creating standardized channel templates. 
    • Oversee the production and delivery of a final 360-degree campaign, ensuring its effective translation across the media mix, including digital, print, social media, and in-store channels.
    • Post campaign, create consolidated recaps of the results across the media and channel mix including product sell through. Present and share results with stakeholders.
  • Product and Category Marketing Roadmaps:
    • Develop and manage marketing roadmaps for key products and categories, aligning them with overall brand and business objectives.
    • Monitor and adjust roadmaps based on market feedback, sales performance, and emerging trends.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a GTM, product marketing, or brand management role within the fashion industry.
    • Proven track record in managing complex marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills.
    • Strong understanding of fashion industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
    • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and analytics.
  • Attributes:
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and with external partners.
    • Adaptable and proactive in responding to market changes and challenges.
