As of February 2024 our Finance Controlling Team at the head office in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for a passionate Finance intern. You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the senior financial controller to gather the required information for lease accounting (IFRS16 compliance)
• Ensuring that the lease database held by the external service provider is correct and complete
• Assist in Real Estate projects to improve processes
• Supporting the financial controller’s team with rent budgeting activity
• Preparation of monthly capex reports
• Creation of various reports for costs analysis and budget monitoring

Your Profile:

• HBO student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or Business Administration
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel
• Analytical skills with attention to details
• Accurate and numerate
• Hands-on and able to work both independently and with respect of deadlines
• You’re motivated, eager to learn and have good communication skills
• You’re fluent in English – written and verbal-; ideally with basic knowledge of German
