You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:
You will support the HR advisors with shaping their advice for our stores in the Netherlands, through which you become an expert in areas such as labor market, employability and development.
You provide insight into our KPIs such as turnover and our Learning & Development modules in our HKM academy and assist in improving them.
You will contribute to various HR projects in diverse areas such as development, absenteeism but also our upcoming move to a new headquarters (in Almere/Hilversum).
You will improve practices within HR; with a focus on improving World Class Service, building brand ambassadors and creating a great place to work.
YOUR PROFILE:
3rd or 4th year student of an HR related study, within your undergraduate or graduate program (college/university).
Available for a minimum of 4 days per week.
You have good communication and social skills in both Dutch and English.
You are passionate about different aspects of HR and working for Hunkemöller.
Your way of working can be described as proactive, accurate and you know, even in times when there are many deadlines, know how to prioritize.
Eligibility:
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:
You are an EU citizen,
You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, AND the internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum.
