As of February 2024 our HR team at the head office in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for a passionate Global HR intern. Are you currently studying and looking for an interesting internship at our expanding, international Retail Brand? And do you want to join the Hunkemöller lifestyle? Then don’t be shy and apply!

You will be part of a great team consisting of our Global HR Director , Global HR Business Coordinator , Global Learning & Development Manager, and Global Recruitment Manager. You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while supporting the team with the following:

• Global HR Projects related to our Global HR Strategy. You will participate in multiple projects touching different areas of the business in which you will take initiative and support the team with your creativity

• HR Analytics, with the aim to improve processes & procedures. Be critical!

• Performance Review (our annual global performance review cycle)

• Event management - like organizing international HR meetings

• Developing professional and on-brand presentations, using your creativity

• Supporting the Global HR Business Coordinator with daily queries, such as preparing meetings, and being in touch with all countries

YOUR PROFILE:

As the perfect candidate you need to be a fan of Hunkemöller and a real Brand Ambassador with a great personality and the right knowledge. You are hands-on, energetic, positive and proactive. Your energy and your ‘can do’ personality are contagious and make you somebody you want to be around. You are able to work independently and understand complex assignments. You can deliver without detailed instructions. The work environment is high-paced, performance-driven and fun. You also need to be structured, determined, persuasive and a good communicator.

• 3rd or 4th year student of a Retail/HR-related study

• Available as from February 2024 for a minimum of 4 days a week

• HBO/WO work level

• Good verbal and written communicative skills in English (extra language is a +)

• You need to be able to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities at the same time

• Excellent in PowerPoint and Excel, experience with Canva is a +

• Creative skills
