Internship Marketing intelligence

You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:

• Providing input across all research topics, including developing customer strategy, retention, propositions, cross selling, loyalty, and customer approach

• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of all marketing and commercial KPIs and metrics continuously

• Developing and utilizing reports and dashboards to support other marketing experts with analysis to back-up their work (e.g., segmenting the customer base and identifying trends)

• Setting up and doing market research with external partners

• Make reports using various data sources

• Evaluate marketing campaigns and find data points on what to improve

• Writing documentation on our data structure

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are passionate about marketing, consumer behaviours, product development and data analytics

• You are data-driven, you can organize, explore, and synthesize unstructured data into actionable insights to better inform operational decision-making

• You are a strong with numbers. You understand how the present data so people can understand easily

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Lookups, match-index etc.)

• Interested to learn new tools for dashboarding (SAP Analytics Cloud)

• HBO/Bachelor's/Master's degree in business economics, marketing, analytics, psychology, consumer behaviours, applied mathematics, statistics or any other relevant study

• Fluent English language skills and your interest in retail complete your profile
