Internship Omni-Channel Development

You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while supporting the team with the following:

• Maintaining clear communication between Retail and E-Commerce, from coordinating the digital elements of store openings, to helping to train store staff on our Order in Store technology

• Conducting store visits to ensure the smoothest Omni-Channel experience – gaining confidence and a full 360 knowledge of the Omni-Channel proposition

• Assisting with wider projects, coordinating with stakeholders across the business

• Assisting with weekly reporting across the business

• Consistently assessing current output across our Omni-Channel portfolio, looking for areas of improvement and growth

Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

• A passion for both E-Commerce & Retail, and a love for Fashion!

• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of your HBO level/Bachelors studies

• Fluent English speaking & writing skills

• Ability to prioritize, with great time management skills

• Communication & organisational skills

• Problem solving skills, keen eye for detail

• Available for a minimum of 4 days a week

• Advantage: Dutch and/or German speaking

• Advantage: experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud & JIRA
