What will you do?
Bridging the gap between E-Commerce and Retail (between HQ and stores), by supporting in the maintenance and development of Omnichannel Operations.
Updating stores on new developments, communicating improvements, and managing the daily inquiries.
Conducting store visits to ensure that our stores run smoothly, and customers have an effortless omni-channel experience.
Assisting with managing Omnichannel activities during promotional periods such as the Bra Party and the Summer sales periods.
Contributing to bigger projects by offering your insights and suggestions for enhancing the omni-channel experience.
Cooperating with the other stakeholders within the omnichannel team
Drafting internal communication (internal newsletters and transactional emails)
About you!
A passion for both E-Commerce & Retail, and a love for Fashion!
Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of your HBO level/Bachelors studies
Fluent English speaking & writing skills
Ability to prioritize, with great time management skills
Communication & organizational skills
Problem solving skills, keen eye for detail
You are able to work 32 to 40 h/week (preferably 40) on internship responsibilities (no school assignments or thesis writing)
Advantage: Dutch and/or German speaking

Eligibility Criteria
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:
You are an EU citizen,
You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
