The Global Retail Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing store operations across international markets by communicating clear processes, guidelines, and expectations to store teams. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you’ll manage multiple projects, work closely with internal and international teams, and develop user-friendly instructional materials that support smooth, efficient operations in alignment with global retail standards. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline retail processes and optimize the customer and employee experience. Please note this is a temporary maternity cover role lasting till the end of July.
