Hunkemöller’s looking for a Manager Webshop for our e-Commerce department. The eCommerce department is renowned in Europe for innovation and relentless growth attainment.

Join our journey of being a much loved, social & inclusive brand and contribute to our success by performing these tasks:

Manage 3 FTE with focus on site maintenance and CRO
Develop strategic initiatives to improve user experience and conversion
Report on website performance and initiate changes to improve
Cooperate with Marketing, design, buying and online merchandise to ensure the perfect customer journey online

We're convinced you'll excell in this job if you have:

Experience in site maintenance (management)
Experience in CRO, UX principles and the like
All round knowledge of online platforms, CMS and SEO
Ability to inspire and motivate direct reports
