-Temp position for 5 months- We’re looking for a temporary Online Merchandise Coordinator for our E-Commerce department, you will work on the product information on the website & ensure the go-live of all products at the right time and in the right way. There are two components to the role: Online product merchandising and Masterdata management & Product information. This role will initially cover both aspects. We are looking for someone to support for 5 months, with a possibility of extension.

YOUR TASKS

You’ll support the team with these tasks: 

  • Product sample management in close coordination with the buying and photography team ensuring that we keep the deadlines and products go online correctly and on time
  • Planning and coordinating product launches, you write product descriptions and make sure all information (including product photography) and cross-sell is available for the stores AND websites to sell the products
  • Ensuring all products are in the right categories and can be found easily on our website in the right order, relevant to the moment and the customer
  • You check the website regularly, what can be improved and are the products presented in the best way or can you optimize anything based on the data or sales?

Our ideal candidate:

  • You’re passionate about e-commerce and ideally has 1-2 years’ work experience in this field 
  • You have a Bachelors’ degree (minimum requirement)
  • You’re results-driven and you have a strong English language skills (written and verbal); as well as the ability to build relationships and optimize commercial insights with a strong focus on trading
  • You're an analytical thinker, you work precise and are highly numerate. You're also able to work flexibly & independently within deadline and with multiple stakeholders within the company.
