-Speaking & writing fluently Dutch is required for this position- For Hunkemöller's international marketing department we're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on and pro-active PR Manager. As the PR manager you lead and shape the public image of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR plans to promote our collections, campaigns and overall brand identity across the Globe. You'll be working closely with the Global Marketing Communications Manager to make sure all international (Brand & Corporate) PR matters will be taken care of. You'll have daily contact with our PR agencies in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium & Spain and with local marketeers in key markets and provide them with all necessary input. This is an exciting role for someone with relevant PR experience that is looking for the next step at an amazing fashion brand.

Within this role you'll be responsible for: 

Developing and implementing PR strategies to increase brand visibility and positive brand sentiment

Find the stories within the brand to craft compelling press stories and releases and manage media inquiries.

Day-to-day contact with our PR agencies and provide them with needed tools

Manage the showroom specialist and 1 intern

Place seeding orders and send seeding packages to our agencies and manage our seeding portal together with the showroom specialist.

Monitor and manage brand reputation across digital and traditional media.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with brand goals and find the stories within the brand

Strategic force behind the international ambassador program focused on (micro) influencers.

Plan and oversee press events, product launches, and other media related activities.

Cultivate relationships with fashion media, influencers, and key industry players.

We're looking for a person: 

with at least 4-5 years PR experience in fashion & lifestyle (PR Agency experience is a bonus)

Excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch & English

That has a love for PR and everything it entails

that has affinity with lingerie and all other Hunkemöller product categories

that is a self starter, highly accountable, pro active hands-on and feels responsible

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

that is available 40 hours per week and does not mind to attend events in the evening or in the weekend and likes the occasional travel.
