Hunkemöller is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Product Owner E-commerce to join our fast-growing Omni-Channel department!  

As the Product Owner E-commerce you are responsible for the functional and technical aspects of our E-commerce environment. This means that you will monitor the performance, bugs and manage the product backlog in consultation with the stakeholders to constantly improve our E-commerce environment. You are the first point of contact and take responsibility for objectives and deliverables related to processes, developments and other critical E-commerce projects. 


In your role as Product Owner E-commerce you will: 

  • Manage the product backlog in consultation with the stakeholders 

  • Manage scope, planning, budget and expectations of all projects related to the Hunkemöller E-commerce environment. 

  • Take responsibility for objectives and deliverables related to these projects  

  • Pick up requests, questions, malfunctions and bugs to resolve them as quickly as possible 

  • Analyse bugs and translate them into change requests and report on them 

  • Technical ownership of various systems. It is key that you know the systems inside and out so that you can guide and advise business partners and stakeholders on how best to support their visions 

  • Steer external and internal parties to ensure proper alignment on dependencies and risks  

Your profile: 

  • You are tech-savvy and passionate about retail  

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum product owner in an Omni Channel retail environment 

  • You have experience working in an Agile multi-vendor environment, preferably including Sales Force Commerce Cloud platform  

  • Have broad experience in stakeholder management 

  • You can work with tight deadlines on multiple topics at the same time  

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills as well as a strong sense of commitment and accountability 

  • You are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills
