We’re looking for a Regional Manager to strengthen our team - for the Den Haag!

You’re so inspiring! It’s amazing how you always motivate people! How do you always manage to keep on top of everything? Are these words that people often say to you?  If so, then there’s really only one place for you to work. And that’s with us!

Is it hard work? Absolutely! Guiding and leading an average of 30 stores, at a time, is no ‘walk in the park’. You’ll need to oversee hours, productivity, turnover and margins: which on its own is a fulltime job! But of course…….we want more. We want all our store employees to be certified bra-experts, we want all our customers to receive World Class Service, we want to know about stock, we always want stores to look their best, we want… Yes, we know, we want a lot!  And you… You get it! You make sure you not only have it all covered but you can even give that bit extra!

Our new Regional Manager will have:

• A Bachelor´s degree
• Proven experience in commercial environment
• Several years of experience as a manager
• World Class Service is your middle name
• Strong analytical skills and you know your way around KPI’s
• As a role model leader, you’ll have strong communication skills and a helicopter view
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills
