Hunkemöller is looking for a talented and motivated Accountant CCA (Cost Creditors Administration) (M/V) for a period of 4 months, 24 hrs/week as substitute for a colleague who is on maternity leave. The financial administration department is responsible for the correct processing, coding and posting of invoices.
In the role you will be responsible for processing invoices in our administration, processing declarations, and answering questions about outstanding invoices by creditors. You will also create various reports, do ledger checks and assist in the VAT declaration for our Dutch entity.
Tasks and responsibilities
Responsible for the correct processing, coding and posting of invoices for our Dutch entity
Processing declarations for our Dutch entity
Answering questions about outstanding invoices by creditors and budget holders
Declaring VAT for our Dutch entity
Periodic ledger and balance statement checks
Month-end and Year-end activities
Preparing of payment runs for settling invoices
Assisting in projects running and upcoming
Ideal profile
Minimal MBO work and thinking level
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
Experience with ERP software preferably SAP
Minimum 2 years of relevant financial experience , preferably within retail
Competencies
You have strong coordinating skills
You are very accurate with your tasks and a strong communicator
You are in fluent English and fluent Dutch (writing and speaking)
You are result-oriented and a great team player
You are very ambitious, involved and in touch
You are a pro-active and have a can-do mentality
You are flexible
