Hunkemöller strives to be a much loved, social & inclusive brand. Are you ready to support our Recruitment Ambassadors as our Corporate Recruitment Assistant / Sourcer (16-24 hrs/week for 6 months). You'll contribute to hire amazing individuals from across the world to join our international headquarters as employees or for our "Best internship in Retail". Your main job will be to attract, source & pool talent for corporate functions, select the best talent for our internships and run daily communications with our applicants.

The ideal candidate has gained first Recruitment experience already - either in selection or sourcing - in a high paced environment and simply loves to communicate with candidates with the ultimate goal to find them the best fitting role.

Key responsibilities include:.

  • Help our Corporate Recruiters to manage the life cycle of recruitment, e.g. with:
    • Advising our roles via the right channels of our sourcing strategy
    • Find the best matching candidate via active search - not only via LinkedIn, but you'll also find your ways to find the best platforms and networks for niche roles
    • Preselect candidates to suggest the best possible matching candidate to Hiring Managers
    • Building internal and external candidate database of brand ambassadors by being pro active in search having an eye on short and mid long term vacancy planning
    • Interview scheduling
  • Recruit for our "Best internship in Retail" program

The Perfect candidate…

  • Would be asap available to support our team for 16-24 hrs/week.
  • You have either started or finished a study or - if not - gained some HR Assistance work experience already
  • General interest and curiosity around the field of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
  • You have  an eye for talent and not shy to approach the best talents pro actively (we'll train on this, of course)
  • You're used to work with (HR) systems and are detailed
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent English level
