Hunkemöller’s looking for a Loss Prevention Data Analyst for our Loss Prevention department.

Join our journey of being a much loved, social & inclusive brand and contribute to our success. In this role you will report to the Global Loss Prevention Manager on a regular basis to ensure that performance meets group expectations,  share operational issues and feedback.

Together with the Global Loss Prevention Team you'll ensure the provision of timely management reporting, highlight exceptions in performance and assist in the  investigation of identified issues.

Your analysis will take place across Stock and Cash performance data for all areas of the business including Retail, Logistics and Webstore.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly scheduled management  reporting for:

  • Cash Management Data

  • Stock Movement Data

  • Analayse management reporting to identify exceptions in performance across defined areas eg

  • Refunds/ Exchanges

  • Discounts

  • Voids

  • Deliveries (Supplier/ DC/ Retail/ Web)

  • Stock Transfers

  • Write Off's

  • Inventory/ Cycle Counts

  • Returns

  • Support the investigation of exceptional performance as highlighted in Management Reporting

  • Proactively design and execute additional data mining reporting to assist with investigations

  • Document and monitor all activity arising from investigations, ensuring that all linked information is appropriately catalogued

  • Actively contributing with creating Loss Prevention Awareness across the business (Retail, DC, Webstore and Head Office)

Our ideal candidate:

  • Minimal HBO/Bachelor work and thinking level

  • You are fluent in English and fluent in Dutch (writing and speaking)

  • Knowledge of IntelliQ/ other data mining systems preferred

  • Knowledge of Tableau preferred

  • Experience in a retail and/ or Logistics  environment preferred

  • Ability to proactively and independently analyse historical data, shrink trends and exceptions

  • You are very accurate with your tasks and a strong communicator

  • You're able to maintain confidential information

  • Data driven and able to translate data into insights and actions
