Do what you love and love what you do at Hunkemöller: We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst for our Marketing department, at our Global headquarters in Hilversum, near Amsterdam. As our new team member, you’ll be part of the Marketing Intelligence team, who is responsible for reporting on Hunkemöller marketing-related KPI performance and ad-hoc questions. Hunkemöller has a loyalty program across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Austria, France, Spain and Luxembourg, in which you will play a key role by analyzing and reporting success of our program. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where aspiration, focus and ambitious targets are part of everyday life. The Marketing Intelligence team is part of the Marketing department, which means you’ll be working closely with colleagues across this team, as well as with our Merchandising and Buying colleagues. The Marketing Data Analyst is a key player, responsible for providing input across all research topics, including developing customer strategy, retention, propositions, cross selling, loyalty and customer approach.

Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of all marketing and commercial KPIs and metrics continuously. You know exactly where all data comes from and how to use it;
Developing and utilizing reports and dashboards to support other marketing experts with analysis to back-up their work (e.g. segmenting the customer base and identifying trends);
Taking the lead in identifying key statistics, interpreting findings, reporting insights, and helping the marketing managers to understand the numbers behind their marketing strategies
Working as part of cross-functional teams (Marketing, Social Media, Merchandising, Buying, IT)
Our ideal candidate has:
3+ years of experience as data/business/marketing analyst or a similar analytical role
A strong analytical and commercial mindset: confident with drawing insights from complex datasets across multiple data platforms and forming data-driven arguments that make a commercial impact
Demonstrated experience using database query and reporting tools (SAP/ SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience in developing and visualizing business conclusions and insights based upon data analysis. You love telling stories with data - numbers are key, but a business is built with people;
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new analytical methods, software applications, and tools
Outstanding skills in Excel
A hands-on mentality which will help you to be ready for the fast-moving pace of fashion
