We’re looking for an Online 3rd parties Coordinator (m/f) for our E-Commerce department, focused on Wholesale. Hunkemöller trades via several online 3rd parties such as Zalando, About You, Asos, Amazon and Wehkamp to name a few. The core task is to support the team across the entire fashion season: from the start when we present the new collection and collect the orders, until the in-season management of stock, and the optimization of the SALE phase. You do this through by combining solid account management and with operational excellence.

 You'll support the team with these daily tasks:

  • Prepare per quarter the Buying season, including preparation of the showroom and assortment overviews

  • Manage the online shops and catalogue content management

  • Develop an effective relationship with partners as well as internally with various stakeholders such as marketing, buying and logistics.

  • Monitor and report on sales, marketing and promotions performance

  • Following these insights, you will be able to further drive sales on article and account level

  • Ensure all products are online and merchandised appropriately for all our online channels

  • Keep the online collection up to date and monitor product performance using merchandise analysis

  • Ensure each site has up to date stock levels on category/season/bestsellers etc. and ensure stock management processes are followed by operations and logistics teams

Our perfect candidate has the following:

  • You're passionate about E-Commerce and gained ideally experience in this field or in Fashion (Retail)

  • You have a Bachelors' degree (minimum requirement)

  • Your results-driven and will need English language skills (written and verbal); as well as the ability to build relationships and to optimise your commercial insights with a strong focus on trading

  • You're an analytical thinker and highly numerate. You're also able to work flexibly & independently within deadlines

  • Microsoft Office Skills: creating spreadsheets, creating tables, creating pivot tables, validating data, data analysis
