Hunkemöller is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Product Owner App to join our fast-growing Ecommerce department! As the Product Owner App you are responsible for the functional aspects of our app and developments. This means that you will monitor the performance, bugs and work on further developments with regards to the Hunkemöller App. You are the first point of contact and take responsibility for objectives and deliverables related to processes, developments and other critical app projects.
In your role as Product Owner App you will:
Manage scope, planning, budget and expectations of all projects related to the Hunkemöller App
Take responsibility for objectives and deliverables related to these projects
Pick up requests, questions, malfunctions and bugs to resolve them as quickly as possible
Analyze bugs and translate them into change requests and report on them
Technical ownership of various systems. It is key that you know the systems inside and out so that you can guide and advise business partners and stakeholders on how best to support their visions
Steer external and internal parties to ensure proper alignment on dependencies and risks
Your profile:
You are tech-savvy and passionate about retail
You have a bachelor's degree in a field such as business or technology related studies
You have 3+ years of experience as a product owner in an Omni Channel retail environment
You have experience working in a multi-vendor environment, preferably including Sales Force Commerce Cloud platform
You can work with tight deadlines on multiple topics at the same time
Strong prioritization and time management skills as well as a strong sense of commitment and accountability
You are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills
