Purpose/core task of the position:

The Store-IT change coordinator is responsible for all Store related Changes and Incidents regarding Store Infrastructure (all Internet Lines, Hard- OS-Software and Third Parties applications (excl POS software) in scope to support our staff in our Hunkemoller Stores, Outlets, etc upon agreed service levels within the team and 3rd  party providers.

Main areas (main tasks and responsibilities):

Main area 1: Changes

  • Create / Maintain/ Manage / Execute the Changes in our Store Infrastructural landscape. This includes managing Installations/Refurbishments/Closings of our stores (incl. Outlets, POP UP Stores) All within the requestors Time frame and budget.
  • Document all changes in our CMDB
  • Check billing Changes
  • Check billing T&M activities
  • Check Stock

Main area 2: Incidents

  • Solving the day to day reported Incidents in our Store Infrastructure environment, where needed with our third party suppliers.
  • Participate in meetings with suppliers to decrease the number of Incidents/Problems

Authorities

The STORE IT Change Coordinator performs operational activities independently, in consultation with the Manager Services and Infrastructure if necessary.

Contacts:

External: IT suppliers, Payment Providers, Network suppliers, Hardware suppliers

Internal: All related business partners for service management and Infrastructure / Networking, POS applications

Required level of education and experience: ->

MBO-IT Education

Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Broad IT experience in a mixed IT environment

Ability to translate support request to appropriate support provision

Fluency in written and spoken English

Good communicator across different layers of the organization

Enthusiastic, goal oriented team player with a service oriented attitude

Ability to work under pressure

Customer focused & process driven

Experience in an international environment
