To continue & support our success story, we are looking for an experienced Teamleader Goods Administration & Accounts Payable to join. In this role you will, together with your team focused on Accounts Payable be responsible for preparing, processing and registering the incoming invoices, as well as handling payments that must be made to suppliers or other creditors. Together with your Goods Administration’s team you are responsible for the administrative processing of inventory, getting results and producing mutations in the administrative flow of goods and will assist with invoicing third E-commerce parties. In total we have 3 accountant Goods Administration and 1 accountant Accounts Payable.

  • Manage and coach the Goods Administration and Accounts Payable team, consisting of 4 employees, as well as the performance review of the teams

  • Responsible for testing new projects, set-up team meetings, requests for data/ reports from the business.

  • Monthly tracking of KPIs

  • Doing the periodic ledger and balance statement checks                                

  • Responsible for inventory reporting, taking results, 3rd party balances, freight charges

  • Invoicing 3rd E-commerce parties and International Franchise Partners       

  • Assisting in projects running and upcoming                                                    

  • Responsible for the year-end activities


As an ideal candidate you have/are…                                                                          

  • Minimum of a HBO/Bachelor education (finance related)                           

  • Minimal 2 years of financial experience

    • Experience gained either in overall general ledger or

    • in both goods administration/inventory & accounts payable

  • Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)

  • Power query and basic VBA would be a plus

  • Experience with ERP software (preferably SAP)                                             

  • Strong coordination skills and flexibility

  • Great accuracy and strong communication skills

  • Fluent in English and fluent in Dutch (writing and speaking)

  • Result-oriented and great team player  

  • Pro-activity and a can-do mentality
