Hunkemöller’s looking for a part-time HR Assistant (32hrs) for our HR department. As an HR Administrator, you’ll be part of a passionate team of HR Administrators. You’ll continuously support our employees in the Netherlands, as well as our HR Advisors in aspects of administration. The role requires a true service-related attitude and a “can do” mentality. Hunkemöller's looking for a HR Assistant for our HR (part-time 32hrs) department. As an HR Administrator, you'll be part of a passionate team of HR Administrators. You'll continuously support our employees in the Netherlands, as well as our HR Advisors in aspects of administration.

Working closely with our HR Advisors to support all employees and their managers in all HR Administration needs:

  • Drafting employment contracts

  • Support on illness related topics

  • Maintaining contracts (e.g. transfers or promotions) or adjusting CLA or performance related salary adjustments

  • Supporting our HR Advisors in projects or daily queries

  • Being a reliable and respected contact person for first line questions on HR related topics for our employees and their managers while giving world class service

  • Being eager to constantly revise our processes to improve in efficiency, but also advising our employees in best ways of working within our global HR system (Workday)
     

The ideal candidate:

  • Has finished an education (HAVO, MBO or HBO level), ideally in HR or Administrations

  • Has experience of working administratively in a multi-site business, ideally in the field of HR

  • Has excellent/native level Dutch and good English language skills

  • Preferably has experience in retail, hospitality or other service industry

  • Has the ability to deal with deadlines, targets and multiple priorities

  • Is familiar with working daily on HR systems, such as Workday, HR People Soft, SAP or similar programs

  • Available part-time (32hrs)
