We are looking for an intern to support our Application Managers for our global HR system called ‘Workday’. You'll learn on the job while supporting the team with following:
Support Application Managers for our global people system 'Workday'
Helping manage the system through simple (with time, more complex) activities
Basic configuration and adaption of processes in the system
1st line of support for questions from HR and Finance departments globally
Advising HR in cleaning the data
Updating weekly reports on the team's activities
Creating helpful Q&A for key users
YOUR PROFILE:
Currently enrolled in a business or IT related studies, with an understanding and interest in HR processes
Tech savvy
Competent in Excel
Good English speaking and writing skills
Advantage: experience with Workday or other HR systems
Strong work ethic, ability to work with confidential data
Available for a minimum of 4 days per week
