Within our CRM & Loyalty team, we're recruiting for a Loyalty & CRM Marketer.

n the role of Loyalty & CRM Marketer you will mainly focus on the development and execution of our loyalty program. You have a true heart for & first dedicated experience working with a Loyalty & Membership program? You're keen to understand what makes our core customers tick and how to engage & help bring our Loyalty program to the next level? Then read on & apply:

Key responsibilities:

  • Run engaging CRM campaigns that serve our current membership base of loyal customers and expand further

  • Drive and execute successful partnerships/collaborations with external parties and brands to improve CRM KPIs such as increase of the member base, engagement and retention of members

  • Show creativity by managing of our loyalty program including member promotions, rewards and giveaways.

  • Continuous improvement of awareness of the loyalty program on the website and via the app

  • Improve training module for our store staff in collaboration with our Learning & Development team

  • You'll make sure our member base is catered for in an engaging, continuous and reliable matter, also including trouble shooting for our rewarding systems

  • Reporting on CRM activities and campaigns to continuously improve KPIs

  • You'll help coaching the intern in the team, increases his/her CRM & Loyalty knowledge and operations

You''ll report into the Senior CRM & Loyalty specialist.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communications / Digital / New Media

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Loyalty (not purely email only), preferably within a retail or aviation/hospitality environment

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Advanced analytical skills

  • Affinity with fashion and retail and driven to work for & with our target customer we call "Shero"

  • English language skills (written and spoken)

  • A well-organized, efficient working stlye, incl. working with backends of various programs (app, CMS etc)
