Hunkemöller is looking for a passionate and motivated Omni Channel Project Manager to join our growing Ecommerce department! As Omni Channel Project Manager you initiate, plan, manage, implement and monitor the execution of mid-sized and large projects in our OmniChannel & E-commerce landscape. You will do this in alignment with internal stakeholders and close collaboration with external parties, taking end-to-end responsibility for our key digital projects! You passionate about web and digital in general and will be part of a very successful team, focused on increasing Hunkemöller’s OmniChannel services and sales.
Hunkemöller is looking for a passionate and motivated Omni Channel Project Manager to join our growing Ecommerce department!
As Omni Channel Project Manager you initiate, plan, manage, implement and monitor the execution of mid-sized and large projects in our OmniChannel & E-commerce landscape.
Your tasks would include:
Project Management
Leading mid-sized and large OmniChannel & E-commerce projects from start to finish line for our SalesForce Commerce Cloud platform
Managing scope, planning, budget and expectations of these projects
Working with internal key stakeholders and departments to support E-Commerce-related projects and OmniChannel solutions, for example:
Sales driven & Performance improvements for our SFCC platform across the different
Customer Service extensions such as a return porta
Introduction of order management tools
CRM integration & improvements: f.i. launch a new loyalty system for countries in Europe
Planning and steering of external and internal parties to ensure proper alignment on dependencies and risks
Acting as a liaison between all stakeholder
Taking responsibility for major objectives and deliverables
Project evaluation & definition of learnings and improvement
Our perfect candidate has the following profile:
You have great experience (3 – 5 years) with implementing projects in a multi vendor environment, preferably including SalesForce Commerce Cloud – platform
You can work flexibly within tight deadlines on multiple projects and have the passion to motivate the team as well as all stakeholders, both internal as external
You take the initiative and responsibility to achieve the best results for Hunkemöller and are driven to improve yourself and our processes
You're passionate about E-Commerce, Retail & Omnichannel.
You've completed a Bachelors' degree in business or technology related studies
Great communication & planning skills
Fluent English language skills both written & verbal
Experience with project management methodologies like Prince 2 and Scrum / Agile
