Hunkemöller’s looking for a Retail Operations Manager for our Sales department. Are you experienced in Retail management and preferably worked your way from a Store Management position to a Regional Managers or Retail Project Manager position already? Then this could be your next challenge in our team.

Hunkemöller's looking for a Retail Operations Manager for our Sales department.

  • As our Retail Operations Manager you'll support our growing business by analyzing all KPIs per country, find ways of improvement in Sales, advise our Retail Managers in their daily business and lead Sales Projects to success        

  • You support the COO with your knowledge, strategical skills and experience in Retail Management as well as concerning the latest Retail trends to help drive our expanding stores to success

  • You are in touch with our management teams within all countries to advise, support & guide them in specific fields as well as to prepare project rollouts within timelines

  • Whilst reviewing operations in store, you are observing and analyzing the bigger picture to be able to find improvements in the end

  • Within our headquarters you are the go-to-person for all Retail Operations and are therefore in close contact with different internal departments

  • The ongoing expansion of Hunkemöller inspires you and you are willing to take the extra mile to reach your overall goals, drive our sales globally and to become a considered advisor for our international Retail Managers & COO

Our ideal candidate:

  • You have a strong passion for retail and an excellent knowledge of  KPI based management, desirable in the fashion sector

  • You gained your retail management experience within either a project manager role, a senior Store-, or preferably Regional Managers role for 3 years at least – but are also able to analyze the bigger picture to find ways of improvement

  • In your daily work you make use of our senior attitude to be able to deliver results in tight deadlines, keep track on project progress, work with detailed analyses and in addition to this you are highly motivated, flexible and open for international travels

  • Excellent English skills both written and verbal and the ability to use different MS Office programs complete your profile
