You love finance and have an eye for detail, you are always on the lookout for mistakes and points for improvement in the rental administration. Whether or not indicated by one of the other parties. You are not shy to address the matters and you will not stop until the cause is identified and measures are taken to prevent/improve this in future.

Formally you report to the Finance Manager, but you will also have regular informal contact with your other colleagues from the Finance Department, and other Hunkemöller Departments, in particular the Real Estate Team.

Your main responsibilities concern the following areas:

• Posting monthly / quarterly rent;
• Posting and reconciliation of rent accruals;
• Cleaning AP ledgers of all real estate vendors;
• Preparing payment proposals;
• Assist in IFRS16 reporting;
• Consult regularly with all parties involved;
• Contribute to improving the RE processes and align with stakeholders;
