Hunkemöller’s looking for a CRO/Conversion Optimization Consultant for our eCommerce department. The eCommerce department is renowned in Europe for innovation and relentless growth attainment.

As Conversion Optimization Consultant are you within Hunkemöller responsible for the heightening of our conversion and user experience of our global webshops. You get enthusiastic about data driven optimizations all across the webshop from start until end.

What are you going to do as a Conversion Optimization Consultant:

You have the goal to structurally increase conversion on our webshop, supported by data analysis and market research. You collect insights and make sure you apply the correct judgement to improve the webshop and AB-test the correct improvements.

You learn as much as you can about our customer and really understand what drives them, in order for you to improve the customer journey continuously.

Your tasks and responsibilities as a conversion optimization consultant are:

  • You reach powerful hypothesis based upon data analysis from multiple sources, like data from customer feedback tools, usability research, google analytics or the customer database.

  • You define KPI’s for conversion-optimization projects, both on an operational level as well as a strategic level

  • You execute conversion audits and present them when needed

  • You are responsible for the whole CRO process, including briefing, testing, planning and calculating results

  • Daily you are working on AB-testing

  • You increase your knowledge on customer journeys and actively share them with your colleagues

Where do you end up:

Within Hunkemöller you are part of the E-commerce department, in which you strengthen the team that consists of Analytics, Webshop and Traffic teams.

The team consists of specialist all across the field of E-commerce and together you work on enhancing conversion on our shops.

Are you the Conversion Optimization Consultant we’re looking for?

Data-driven, a team player, and a passion for CRO and UX? These are the keywords that describe you. But if you really want to succeed in your role, you should have these must-haves:

  • A finished degree in a related field

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in E-commerce

  • Professional understanding of English, both verbally and written

  • You are available for 40 hours per week
