Your key responsibilities:

  • Own our internal and external processes, from monitoring and escalating issues to proactively proposing improvements.
  • Project management on roll out of new processes like chatbot flows, new channels such as WhatsApp but also functionalities/automation within our Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
  • Understanding business needs and challenges and making sure these get translated into clear user stories for our IT counterparts to keep improving our services.
  • The scope is very broad, and you will have the opportunity to have a huge positive impact on our customer experience!

The ideal candidate:

  • 2 years of experience in a role such as business analyst, process improver or consultant.
  • Understanding of both business and IT.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude, you know when to steer on predefined goals and milestones, but also when to adjust them to new situations.
  • Fluent in English and another European language, preferably Dutch or German.
  • Someone who enjoys working on multiple diverse projects at the same time but is also happy to chase updates on escalations with other departments.
  • Never ending drive and motivation to make things better each day!
