Your mission 

Help customers discover the right products and buy with confidence across Web and App. 

Your product area covers 

Home, Landing Pages, Search, Navigation, PLP, PDP, Product content, Reviews, Size & fit, Product comparison, Buying confidence tools and Discovery Recommendations. 

The metrics you are accountable for 

Search success, PDP conversion, Add-to-cart rate, Size-related returns, Product-content engagement.

Key responsibilities 

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for your domain across Web and App. 

• Identify opportunities through customer research, analytics and experimentation. 

• Translate problems into measurable outcomes and prioritized initiatives. 

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams. 

• Create momentum and progress in an evolving environment. 

• Champion AI-enabled discovery, prioritization and product development. 

• Contribute to building a modern product culture within Hunkemöller. 

What we are looking for 

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, digital products or technology organizations. 

• Strong commercial mindset and experience delivering measurable business impact. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

• Experience with experimentation, customer insights and data-informed decision making. 

• Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders. 

• Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity and organizational transformation. 

• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for adopting emerging ways of working. 

AI-native product management 

We believe AI will fundamentally change how product teams discover opportunities, make decisions and deliver value. We are embedding AI into our daily workflows and evolving towards Agentic Agile ways of working. We are looking for Product Managers who want to help lead that transformation.
