We are looking for a Global HR Business Coordinator to join our dynamic Global HR department. In this role, you will work closely with our CHRO, playing a crucial role in shaping and driving our continuously evolving Global HR function.

YOUR TASKS

You will operate at all levels—contributing to strategic discussions, developing tactical implementation plans, and ensuring execution of key HR initiatives.

Additionally, you will safeguard the delivery of our Global HR calendar, securing consistency across the organization. As the central point of coordination within the Global HR team, you will act as a key connector, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

What will you be doing? Here are some of your key responsibilities:

  • Managing global HR reporting and analytics, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Leading and supporting global HR projects & initiatives, including employee engagement, HR systems, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
  • Overseeing the Global HR calendar and ensuring alignment across all HR functions.
  • Supporting the CHRO in daily operations (agenda/meetings/travel planning).
  • Acting as the global point of contact for HR teams across different markets, ensuring consistency in communication and execution.
  • Owning and evolving our global brand standards, policies, and HR guidelines.
  • Supporting the annual budget & strategy update process for all people teams.
  • Ensuring seamless stakeholder management, both internally and externally, by maintaining strong relationships with senior HR leaders and business partners.

The ideal candidate has/is:

  • Relevant experience in HR (minimum of 2 years), ideally in an international setting.
  • A Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch is an advantage..
  • Affinity with HR systems and technology; experience with Workday, Looker, Manus is a plus.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to support executive-level tasks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with global shareholders and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create impactful presentations and reports.
  • A team player with a fun, engaging personality who embodies the Hunkemöller brand!
