Key Responsibilities
Corporate PR: Develop and manage global corporate communications strategies, including media outreach, press releases, and reputation management. Experience in corporate (crisis) PR is needed including CEO & C-suite profiling and annual results communications.
Brand/Fashion PR: Oversee the Brand & Fashion PR specialist on all fashion/product PR incl support on management of 5 PR agencies, showroom and PR toolkits.
Organic Social Media: Oversee the social media team, acting as a sparring partner all organic social channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
Influencer Marketing: Oversee influencer strategy and execution, support the team on scouting, contracting, campaign briefing, and performance analysis of influencers across the funnel.
Event Management: Plan and execute brand events, press days, and activations, ensuring high-impact experiences and strong brand representation.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of PR, Social media & influencer marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., retail, product, digital) and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery.
Budget Management: Own and manage the PR & Influencer marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting, ensuring cost-effective execution of all initiatives.
Reporting & Insights: Monitor performance across channels and provide actionable insights to optimize future communications.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on (corporate) PR, social media, and influencer marketing.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Experience in event planning and execution within a fashion, lifestyle, or retail environment.
Demonstrated experience in budget ownership and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
