Internship Omni-Channel Application Management

You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while

supporting the team with following:

• Picking up morning procedures, so we are ready for a new trading day

• Preparing and coordinating technical release planning

• Bug fixing and testing

• Identifying, gathering input and translate bugs into a workable solution

• Preparing and maintaining process documentation

Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

• Currently enrolled in a business, IT, or Business Economics related studies

• Tech savvy

• Your passionate about e-commerce & retail

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills

• Be able to prioritize and great time management skills

• Communication and organization skills

• You enjoy the interaction with colleagues, development and commercial teams, problem solving, and looking for ways to make our processes better.

• Available for a minimum of 4 days per week

• Advantage: experience with ticket systems such as Jira and Confluenze ; and websites such as Salesforce commerce Cloud
