• Manage 3 FTE with focus on site maintenance and CRO
• Develop strategic initiatives to improve user experience and conversion
• Report on website performance and initiate changes to improve
• Cooperate with Marketing, design, buying and online merchandise to ensure the perfect customer journey online

We're convinced you'll excell in this job if you have:

• Experience in site maintenance (management)
• Experience in CRO, UX principles and the like
• All round knowledge of online platforms, CMS and SEO
• Ability to inspire and motivate direct reports
