Hunkemöller is searching for a passionate and hands-on Omni-Channel Business Analyst (Support) to strengthen our E-Commerce team in this role to support our E-Commerce growth! Within this role, you will operate in an international highly demanding environment in one of the fastest growing areas of retail business. The omni channel business executive operates in two main areas: business operations and business administration.

Within the Omni-Channel team you will support our product owners. Providing areas for improvements & implementations with recommendations based on analysis, competitor analysis, new trends and data. You are a bridge builder between Business & IT when it comes to system integration & implementation. As a business analyst you will report to the Product Manager Omni-Channel.

The following tasks are your responsibility:

  • Align and assist the Product Owner
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional team members across all the HKM departments
  • Translate the requirements and wishes into actual solutions based on your technical knowledge.
  • Find the best solution possible that fits business needs and that are technically validated
  • Implementing recommendations based on analysis and evaluation.
  • Create the user stories in Jira
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
  • Write and refine user stories for the development team in Jira
  • Join interactive refinement sessions, demo’s and retrospectives
  • Verify the delivered work in each sprint

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a strong passion for E-Commerce and retail with 2-3 years of work experience
  • You desire to work in an international highly demanding and growing business environment
  • You are hands-on and getting energized by delivering result
  • You’ve studied (retail) economics, business studies and/or at least completed at a minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • You take initiative and have the drive to improve, hands-on mentality
  • The desire to take responsibility and to help stakeholders
  • Adapt quickly to circumstances while remain to have overview
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolutions skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with: MS Office, ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence
