Omni Channel Coordinator Ecommerce

In your role as Omni Channel Coordinator you will:

• Initiate and coordinate projects and changes to improve the customer journeys (website, retail and customer service-related projects) 

• Streamline Omni Channel processes and build manuals and training for stores  

• Daily monitoring of Omni Channel KPIs by building reports and communication

• Initiate new projects for performance improvements of Omni Channel activities based on current performances, issues and customer feedback

• Liaison between Ecom and retail (country heads, regional managers and

  stores) to ensure that Omni Channel developments and new innovations are rolled out

  smoothly in stores

• Create status reports and communication with stakeholders

• Build and report on transactional emails

Your profile:

• You are passionate about retail and you have an interest in developing a seamless shopping experience

• You have a great interest and knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, in order to create and execute reports clearly and precisely (in written and oral communication

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a field such as business administration, behavioral economics or marketing  

• You have ideally 1+ years of experience in a similar position 

• You are fluent in English, knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus

• You have a hands- on mentality and love to be the spider in the web

• You have excellent communication skills
