Online Partners Onboarding Specialist

Key focus is to integrate - as efficiently (time/money) as possible - Global Online Fashion Partners in the full Hunkemoller environment. That means that you will be involved from the start of the negotiations until the go-live and aftercare.

Key deliverable in this pivotal role:

• Onboard between 4 and 8 fashion partners per quarter.
• Ownership end-to-end of getting new fashion partners live.
• Stakeholder management skills, you are the go-to person for the go-live of a new online partner.
• Project management skills, you manage the critical path for the onboarding process.
• Works closely with:
  • Wholesale, marketplace, and concessions team.
  • Onboarding team at the partner side.
  • Integrator (Channel Engine, Tradebyte)
  • Hunkemoller IT team
  • Hunkemoller Finance team
  • Hunkemoller Logistics team
  • Hunkemoller Buying and Merchandise team
  • Hunkemoller Legal team

In this role you will report directly to the Director of Wholesale.

The ideal CANDIDATE:

• Great stakeholder management skills, you know how to communicate across various departments both internal and external.
• Project management skills to manage a strict timeline with multiple stakeholders involved.
• Takes ownership in his/her processes from end-to-end.
• Knowledge of integrating online retail partners via an integrator.
• Knowledge of online wholesale, marketplace, and concession business models.
• Has a Bachelor degree and good communication skills in English.
