The Global Retail Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing store operations across international markets by communicating clear processes, guidelines, and expectations to store teams. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you’ll manage multiple projects, work closely with internal and international teams, and develop user-friendly instructional materials that support smooth, efficient operations in alignment with global retail standards. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline retail processes and optimize the customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly communicate with store teams globally on operational processes, procedures, and deliverables to ensure alignment. 
  • Develop instructional guides, procedure documents, and other content to support store operations across regions. 
  • Actively collaborate with internal departments, including Learning & Development, HR, and marketing, and participate in interdepartmental meetings to drive project success.
  • Partner with international branches and offices to understand regional needs and ensure consistency in procedures and standards.
  • Create and deliver written content tailored for store teams to assist in clear and consistent messaging.
  • Track and report on daily and weekly KPIs to support data-driven decisions and operational efficiency improvements. 

 

Skillset: 

  • Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and frequent store communication.
  • Technical Skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Collaboration - Ability to work closely with different departments and international partners.
  • Detail Orientation - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Multi-Tasking - Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Data Analysis - Ability to analyze and interpret KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Responsibility - High sense of accountability and dedication to quality.
  • Proactivity - Energetic, solution-focused approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
