Hunkemöller is looking for a dynamic, experienced & highly structured Head of Real Estate and Expansion, looking after our portfolio in Northern and Western Europe.

You'll be in the lead to maintain, extend or establish relationships with real estate partners, landlords and other related contractors. Together with a small team and your peer for DACH-Polen, you'll be fundamental to the success of our business; constantly on the watch to operate an efficient and A locations store portfolio, representing Hunkemöller on the high streets.

You're main tasks will include:

Management of an existing (store) portfolio including all management around rental agreements, renewals and related negotiations and will report directly to our COO.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for landlords, estate agents, shopping center management for existing and new locations,
You’ll analyze the potential of new business opportunities and will negotiate the contract terms and conditions for both new and existing stores.

Your profil:

At the minimum 5 years work experience in a comparable role in real estate management in a commercial environment; looking after 300+ rental agreements in a mixed structure of landlords
You're a strong negotiator and connector
You've established an own network within real estate already - at the minimum in one of the main markets to look after in this remade: Netherlands, Belgium or Scandinavia; most ideally international experience cross boarders (not a must)
You're highly analytic and pro active in finding new opportunities
You have a genuine interest in real estate business and have established a good knowledge of the market and brokers, as well as a network of contacts in this field.
You’re willing to travel, have excellent English language skills.
