As of September 2022 our IT Department at the headoffice in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for a passionate Application Management intern. You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:

Support day-to-day operations of our key back-end applications. To make sure our customers receive their orders and world-class service.
Monitor our operational processes for mainly our ecommerce domain
Create insights in our workload, applications and processes
Setup and improve our internal working processes
Define optimizations for our applications
Create documentation on our processes
Create and maintain the backlog of all our improvements / changes
Analyze and solve operational issues
Coordinate and align changes and issues over multiple departments like ecommerce, logistics, finance, wholesale and of course IT.
Learn from the IT colleagues

To ensure that we can deliver and take good care of the information we have from our customers and employees, security and privacy are important topics for the whole business.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have an interest in IT
You have a commercial mind-set
You have a degree in business/economics/IT related study
Familiar with analysis methods, tools
IT development knowledge is a plus.
A flexible attitude
Dealing with English speaking staff and reporting in English
Your way of working can be described as proactive, organized and with attention to detail
You have a strong work ethic, you are motivated to learn, and could be described as dependable and reliable by those who know you
