The Marketing Data Analyst is a key player, responsible for providing input across all research topics, including developing customer strategy, retention, propositions, cross selling, loyalty and customer approach.

The Marketing Data Analyst is a key player, responsible for providing input across all research topics, including developing customer strategy, retention, propositions, cross selling, loyalty and customer approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of all marketing and commercial KPIs and metrics continuously. You know exactly where all data comes from and how to use it;

  • Developing and utilizing reports and dashboards to support other marketing experts with analysis to back-up their work (e.g. segmenting the customer base and identifying trends);

  • Taking the lead in identifying key statistics, interpreting findings, reporting insights, and helping the marketing managers to understand the numbers behind their marketing strategies

  • Working as part of cross-functional teams (Marketing, Social Media, Merchandising, Buying, IT)

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience as data/business/marketing analyst or a similar analytical role

  • A strong analytical and commercial mindset: confident with drawing insights from complex datasets across multiple data platforms and forming data-driven arguments that make a commercial impact

  • Demonstrated experience using database query and reporting tools (SAP/ SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Experience in developing and visualizing business conclusions and insights based upon data analysis. You love telling stories with data - numbers are key, but a business is built with people;

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new analytical methods, software applications, and tools

  • Outstanding skills in Excel

  • A hands-on mentality which will help you to be ready for the fast-moving pace of fashion
