Work with the leadership and senior stakeholders to develop and effectively prioritize the strategic business initiatives and translate them into to the e-commerce roadmap
Monitor performance of web shops and contact for suppliers in this area
Coordinate planning of changes and issues in the support workflow, troubleshoot when necessary and steer external and internal parties
Manage to get requirements that are relevant and clear
Identify and test new opportunities to deliver a high-functioning e-commerce experience
Conduct market research in order to find out more about competitor products or customer needs
Continuous improvement cycle for new initiatives in Online and Omni Channel processes
Provide project support for large Ecommerce projects and lead smaller projects
Work with internal departments to support E-Commerce-related projects (e.g. CRM integration improvements, sales activities in new countries with concession partners)
The team currently consist of a lead who is change coordinator for the web shop, 2 application managers and a product owner for the App
Develop and implement internal processes to improve support process efficiency
We work with an international partner for the continuous development of our platform and bigger projects. You will own this relationship
We work an Amsterdam based agency to continuous develop our Native App. You will own this relationship
Primary contact for E-Commerce merchandise and shop team for support in daily operations
Owner of Integration with Marketing/Sales partners, Product, Store, Payment, Order and Logistics systems

A solid grasp of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile development lifecycle processes
Experience using analytics data in order to make data-informed product decisions that meet customer and business needs
Experience building and launching mobile solutions
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
