Wholesale Operational Manager 

Hunkemöller is looking for a new Wholesale Operational Manager 

As the Operational Lead, you are responsible to manage and lead the daily operations for all third party customers. Our third party division is the fastest growing division of Hunkemoller and this is an exciting opportunity to stream line and revolutionize the ways of working and best practices.  

The role will be critical to this growing division and aggressive 5 year plans 

The job role will involve: 

• Lead and coach a team of 5 direct reports  

• Deploy and develop standard ways of working with all third party partners – particularly Franchise/Wholesale 

• Achieve monthly KPI’s and budgets 

• Have a clear focus on customer fulfilment with the ultimate goal to achieve operational excellence 

• Lead is in charge of operational and strategic activities 

• Communication is key. Have a great understanding of what needs to be communicated to which stakeholder.   

• Close cooperation with Logistics with regard to order management, open balances, non-sales related questions and the preparation/execution of orders. 

• Ensure service levels set by customers such as Zalando are met, and reduce limit any fines 

• Align on all cancellations and changes and support on system updates  

• Critical knowledge of supply chain and management 

• Ensure an efficient order to cash flow is in process 

• Manage the SLAS with DC 

• Working with other key stakeholders identify improvements current processes 

• Work on business related projects as directed 

Key Attributes / Skills: 

• +5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in supply chain/operations 

• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills 

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive on challenges

• You are service oriented and strive for the best customer satisfaction; 

• You have a problem solving mentality; 

• Advanced knowledge of ERB systems (preferably SAP) 

• Proven problem solving abilities 

• Ability to develop new processes & workflows 

• Comfortable with change and ambiguity 

• Adaptable to different situations and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Strong ability to persuade and influence 

• Ability to lead & develop a team in a fun, positive & motivational way
