Internship Corporate HR

You will go through our "Best internship in Retail" and learn on the job while supporting the team with the following:

• This is your chance to familiarize yourself with all core HR processes! You will learn all corporate HR procedures and how an HR department "runs" for an international Retailer.
• You will deliver World Class Service to our interns, employees and managers by providing HR support throughout the employee journey by answering their questions through various ways of communication.
• You support the team with HR projects, taking initiative and supporting the team with your creativity. We’re open for the craziest ideas and we love getting your input!
• An accurate HR administration is the basis of the success of any HR system: You will help keep our information up-to-date and run reports.

THIS IS YOU:

• You are passionate about different aspects of HR (Recruitment, HR Administration, HR Advisory and Learning & Development) and working for Hunkemöller.
• Your way of working can be described as proactive, accurate and even in times when there are a lot of deadlines you know how to prioritize (or you want to learn to).
• You have good communication and social skills
• MBO/HBO/Bachelors student with a focus on HR studies, you have already completed the first semesters.

Eligibility:

For this internship, you have to be available for 5 months from September 2024. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at your school or university for the full duration of your internship. Additionally, you have to be an EU citizen, or a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands and having this internship as a mandatory part of your curriculum to comply with Dutch law.
